Mike Clark is our speaker. He will be speaking about the book of Revelation. Lunch will be catered from Bertucci’s.  We will also be watching a movie and doing a service project in the afternoon.


Annual Church Conference - Monday, November 7, at 7:00pm in the parlor. Reports from the church committees will be given and goals for the church year will be discussed. District Superintendent Rene Perez will preside. All church members are encouraged to attend this important meeting.

Pumpkin Patch:  Pumpkins are on sale through October 31. Please log into to the church website: www.westonunitedmethodist.org and go to the spreadsheet to sign up to help sell pumpkins.  Steve could use some help with some 2 hour shifts.

All Church Work Day Saturday, October 22: All hands are needed to help keep our church looking good. There is plenty to do both indoors and outdoors, for all ages.
  • Outdoors – weeding, mulching, trimming, power washing, gutter cleaning, etc.
  • Indoors – kitchen cleaning, window washing, upstairs classroom clean-up, choir loft clean-up, etc.

Coffee and donuts will be provided.
Come for an hour, come for the day, but be sure to come and join us.

Annual CROP Walk for World Hunger: Sunday, Oct. 16th. Meet at the Town Hall in Weston at 1:00pm.  All youth members are encouraged to participate in this walk.  If you’d like to walk, Rev. Melius has the walker forms.  If you’d rather make a donation, see Rev. Melius.

Pumpkin Patch:  The pumpkins are here!  More than 1,000 pumpkins decorate the lawn of the church.  75% of the sale proceeds goes to the Navaho.  25% of the proceeds goes to support local missional outreach.  Come and buy one, and sign up to sell pumpkins.
